such a tortuous twist to 'mates'

I did NOT see that reveal coming! I thoroughly enjoyed the author's work, but the narrator's voice was too childlike for me to truly listen to the spicy scenes.

rav and astrid story 😍

I absolutely loved it , the lies and betrayal,the grovel, the descriptive sex and the strong heroine I loved it all. Rav has met his match and im here for it. The only thing I wish was....SPOILER alert; 👇🏼👇🏼



I wish his other son wasn't next in line , if I were astrid I'd be concerned about that boy growing up w Anger and resentment towards astrid and if he ever was king being raised the heir ...well that puts aatrid in danger and any kids rav has w her as well. Also I find it strange her being a royal and even never lived a royals life, her children in future deserve to also have a place in the kingdom as rightful heirs. I understand rav did all this before he knew his mate was ever a possibility but those details could bite them in the ass some day and if I were astrid I'd feel some type of way about vale being heir and only him, like astrids children would be brushed aside and like he's the only important one. if I were astrid I'd surely consider having a child with someone from her succubus kingdom preferably a royal and ensure that child becomes heir. Atleast I'll be tid for tad and all that 🤣 Yes my pettiness knows no bounds. He chose to be a whore and so with good reason I'd do the same to teach him a lesson.

Chantal you're an amazing writer and I enjoyed it all so dont mind me , I really wish you'd write a book like this though where the heroine is also strong but also petty like me but kind hearted at the same time. it would make for an incredibly interesting book 📖 😅😍. The narrators were great and the story aswell overall 👍🏼

Loved it!

I added a few audiobooks from the plus catalog, and I randomly chose to listen to Forewarned. I hadn't even read the summary to know what it was about.

Instantly enthralled by the story. Yes, it had some cheesy parts. However, the story and characters are so good, the cheesy parts are charming instead of cringy.

Be ready to immediately read the second book when you finish this one!

Decent story

The narrators voice isnt the best for this story, she sounds way too young and innocent to be saying some of the things in the story and it makes it pretty cringy. Its very weird. Overall the story would be better with a different voice.
