Great story,

Love the narrators, they have great chemistry and brought out the story together. Ends in a cliffhanger so buying 2nd audiobook immediately.

Excellent

I’m not really into this type of romance but decided to take a chance and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I highly recommend if you like dark fantasy romance. Please review the trigger warnings ! Not for the faint of mind. The narrators were very good even though it was not duet. It’s the first time I’ve listened to these narrators. They did an excellent job portraying both M and F characters. It is very slow burn for the spice but it’s worth the wait. Excellent story even if it ends in a cliff hanger. On to Book 2!

Not 'romance'

Be warned, that light little warning at the bottom of the blurb does not convey how ugly this book is. Its not romance. Its abuse: physical, emotional and SA. Plain and simple.

I gave 2 stars because this does have some warning, I guess. Maybe the text version has more in the way of trigger warnings? No clue. Don't care. This is disgusting and crosses almost eveey line. If this chick 'falls in love' with these evil men, its purely Stockholm Syndrome.

I swear, the way they treat her and talk to her made me uncomfortable and angry at the same time. I always finish a book once I start it, but this was too much. As a woman, I can’t imagine her loving any of these pigs - what a messed‑up world. Read it only if you’re really into abuse-heavy stories, because this book is full of it, and the FL should honestly just die to free herself… absolute madness. And I love dark fantasy, but this is too much, bro.
