Great narrators!

The performers were very good. Excellent at accents and great emotion! Definitely listening to the next one.

OK, Disappointing FMC

The story is ok (some obvious steals from HP), but the characters need more development. The FMC was a little disappointing for me -- one of those characters who just sort of let's things happen to her and doesn't make very intelligent decisions. I mean, she has massive secrets and is in a super high risk vulnerable situation, but in less than a week she decides to start getting intimate and opening up to guys she doesn't know who are actively bullying and manipulating her? Guys whom, for all she knows, would kill or use her? Really dumb.

Great performances and interesting story.

I have been looking forward to this and I was not disappointed! I am really looking forward to the rest of the series.

Love the world building, the twists, the heat. That cliffy! I need to read book 2

A Thrilling ride

This one was a thriller. I switched back and forth between the Audible and Kindle. A great start to the series. I’m on to book 2. Will get the Audible version as well. I can’t always physically read and love that I can switch back and forth.

FYI the male voice was really hard to take. The story was so good that I got used to it.
