The only con for the audio book is the detailed information that is provided, so often I wished I had the pages in front of me for reference and to show others.
Excellent information - but need the pages

Where does Ageless Face, Ageless Mind rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Very analytical and informative. I listened to several sections more than once. The narrator did a good job carefully enunciating the complicated information. I recommended this to my sister, and she agreed.Would you ever listen to anything by Nicholas Perricone again?
Yes, ready to order another book by him.Excellent information well presented

As for the content, I found it very similar to Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra et. al. - and except for a BIT more info on nutrition for skin care, redundant if you've read their later stuff. Perricone seemed more of a supplement salesman than even Weil and Chopra - while he seems to be research based, he also seems to favour certain manufacturers.
Also, most of this info could be found though a good web search, unless you have a budget and wish to buy really pricey supplements to make your skin glow like a celebrity.
better read than said
