If you really want to understand your body and why you crave sugar or have other health problems, this is the book to listen to. Triya Redberg has organized and explained so much in one book. I always find it more helpful to know the mechanisms behind things like sugar cravings because it helps me justify not doing it - knowing the craving will stop. Packed with information. The print book would be a good resource to keep in your library as well.
