I enjoyed the narration. PJ Ochlan makes all the information, even the otherwise boring stuff, sound exciting!Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
After eating semi-paleo for a few weeks, I decided to go ahead and use a credit for this book. I am glad I did! I didn't find it "sales pitchy" at all - unlike other reviewers. In fact, he gives some great tips on finding good quality coffee beans in your city. I am fortunate to have grass-fed butter available in my area, so I have been making bulletproof coffee now for a few weeks and I do notice a difference. He has some great information, and tips in this book and I do think its a great resource for anyone following Paleo, low carb, or gluten free lifestyle.Any additional comments?
I am a woman in my 40s and have been Perimenopausal (so I thought), for about 5 years now. I used to have horrible PMS before that, enough to where I was on medication for it. Just the elimination of grains and processed food in my diet has made a huge difference. No more hot flashes, mood swings, and now my cycle is starting to return. Feels like my body is de-aging! Even if you don't go all the way Bulletproof, at least go grain free - you will not regret it!Great informative book!
