Definitely a must read even if you don't have an obesity problem. You rethink facts about food. Having tried it myself even without an obesity problem, can surely say it does work. The book explains clearly the restrictions and solutions. The narrator is very good and clear.

I would recommend this book to everyone interested in dieting and health. The book makes convincing arguments for the keto lifestyle. It addresses all of the controversies surrounding keto.
