Everything about this book is about precise. Clear, Lots of (fictional) situations where they follow a team story and explain the pros/cons and value of the agile way.

I think as this book gives me precisely the insight I need to follow agile better, and I'd feel satisfied getting an agile team set up after learning this.

The topics are simply organized read twice and apply ideas to your daily interactions with your co-workers. It definitely has many examples to help you develop management skills.
