Great beginner guide to PM

Great easy to digest guides and stories to make it engaging. I have done PM for many years and still had helpful reminders out of this book. I have shared it with my team of informal PMs to help inspire and teach them some of these valuable skills.

worth the read

I've been driven to learn project management out of necessity. This book gave a great introduction into unofficial PM, and laid out the basic steps. I found the example stories relevant. I would like more detail on planning and setting long and short term project goals, but this was a great first step for me.

Exactly what I needed!!

Wonderfully laid out in a logical sequence. It gave me the mental framework I need to help our small company of 16 people manage projects more effectively. Stories along the way made it interesting as well. And the bonus material PDF gave me some useful stuff to hit the ground running! So good I ordered paper book as well so I can use it as a reference guide. I would highly recommend to anyone who has projects (big or small) they want to manage more effectively!
