This was my first audio book. I like books but not much of a reader so being able to listen to someone read while I follow along with the book made it easier to get all the way through the book. There have been many books that I started to read but just never finished. I'm so glad that audio books are around to help with that! ☺️

Easy to follow along with the book.

I listened to this book to get PDUs for renewing my PMP. The concepts are pretty basic, but important. Some key takeaways are to model good behaviors and positive energy as a PM. Focus on creating value. Be proactive. Clearly define expectations and ask the right questions. Remember that the team is an important component of project success. These are all good tips for an official or unofficial project Manager. Overall, it's a relatively quick and easy listen.

Good Read/Listen for PDU Requirements
