This is really helpful I think for any alcoholic. I’ve actually bought a copy of the book for a friend of mine. I don’t know what this is like to be an alcoholic as I was not afflicted with this, but several people in my family were. I think a lot of people questioning their drinking habits who are really want to admit such, are so daunted by the concept of AA. Although it saved several people in my family so I’m forever grateful to AA.

This is a similar but different path, but it seems like it’s the same message. Very worth reading for anybody who’s questioning their own drinking habits as it may and still that spark that changes your life forever. I thought it was kind of Paul to dedicate his writing skills to such a book as perhaps it was a little bit altruistic, and a desire to just help the world.
