An Amish love reclaimed is a short, sweet love story about finding love once more in a marriage.

Ruth was by my favourite character because she's just hilarious and honest all in all.

Recommended to anyone who likes historical romance

Amish love!

A cute Amish love story! How love over came all. Love how their trust in god help them. Narration was on cue!

Good story

A lovely story about a couple who has been married 6 years ,with work and a child ,reality sets in that their marriage needs more than that, needs a Spark of love to keep the marriage alive, with prayer and honesty with each other , the couple realizes what's needed,to save it.

A sweet short story

Miriam Lapp is a young Amish wife with a four-year-old son, and a husband who is working long hours, focused on getting a promotion at the furniture store where he works.

It's been months since she saw a spark in his eyes when he looks at her, and the romance seems to be gone from their marriage. Miriam is determined to change that.

She recruits her mother to babysit her son, and planned an evening out with her husband, to try to revive their marriage.

It's a sweet, simple short story.

Lovely Story, Melodramatic Narration

Overall, this is a very nice story about a young couple who is having some trouble in their relationship. It is a realistic tale written in a clean fashion. You won't find any over descriptions of bedroom antics or any swearing.
The problem isn't with the story itself. The narrator's delivery was extremely melodramatic. I started feeling like I was listening to an old radio mystery and almost expected the orchestra to play a dramatic DUN-DUN-DUN at any minute. The narrator's delivery would have been perfect for that sort of story. For a story such as this one, she needs to tone it down several notches and just tell the story rather than emoting quite so much.
