I'm so happy he wrote his story. My emotions where all over the place. I hope his story will help others find their peace.

Pulls on your soul

I finished this book in 4 sessions. It was hard to put it down once I started! I found myself sitting outside in my backyard and processing what I just read after I was done each night. There is so much the author Forrest had gone through in his life even from early childhood that he tells about in his story that is both tragic and miraculous. I suggest to read this book if you had a tough childhood, if you dealt with abuse (sexual and/or physical), if you suffer from PTSD, if you're in a program of recovery, If you don't believe you can be forgiven for something you regret and if you don't relate with anything I just mentioned I still suggest to read it because it's a must read.

Angel Blue is an incredible story!

The author shares his life experiences, their effects on him, and his journey to not only recover, but grow through it. Lang inspires, motivates, and educates. Thank you, Forrest, for opening your soul for us to see and learn from. Semper Fi.

I loved the honesty, vulnerability and bravery to tell his story. A well written book about a man’s life dealing with abuse, addiction and survival!

I connect well with anything to do with addiction.
