Anger and stress affect each of us every day-even if we aren't feeling them ourselves, we come into contact with people who are. But their commonplace nature shouldn't cause us to shrug them away. Anger and stress are both destroyers, and they must be controlled before they bring devastating harm.

Mack exhorts us: "You don't have to be overcome and destroyed by ungodly anger or stress. By God's grace, you can be an overcomer."

Of all the resources available to us, the Bible contains the most trustworthy and helpful guidance on how to handle ungodly anger and stress. Internationally respected and experienced biblical counselor Wayne Mack shows how to turn to God's Word to find help, explaining principles that can be adopted for lasting positive change.

I love the Biblical truths Wayne presented in such an organized, practical, and evidential way.

Many of the challenges he presented was so dead on and hearing a biblical way to address it strategically was just what I needed!

I can't say how appreciative and thankful I am for this audio book God gave me exactly what I needed in the midst of the Spiritual Warfare I'm facing.

I have been asking for years for help with my anger. The world validated my anger but my spirit knew better. I prayerfully asked God for a book when I had enough and he led me here. Thank you!

I’ve listened to many books on how to control my occasional , deep anger reactions to close family .. when I really dont want to react that way. It’s like a learned behavior from my childhood . So I keep trying but then BAM.. I go Rambo Again and hurt those I love, despite many apologies for my words.. it just never is forgotten. This book was so helpful to really to me! I had to listen to it twice to answer the questions in a workbook notebook.

Really practical help !

Whenever this writer speaks about women, it seems to be with a tint of negativity. On one hand, he plays the victim-blaming game, questioning women who face abuse from their husbands with a “What did you do to deserve this?” attitude. On the other hand, when discussing women who are violent or abusive towards their husbands, he simply concludes with, she angry woman.
