The Best

This is the best book I've ever heard. I had to get the written format to write tons of notes in dealing with my anger. To listen to the book it stops you in your tracks when it comes to your thought process in approaching your day and the test you need to overcome your anger.

After listening, I have now ordered a hard copy to do the work of uprooting anger.

Super helpful

This book is very nuts and bolts of how to get rid of anger. He gets very specific examples on what to do and how to do it. He also gives different examples of different types of anger. Everyone struggles with anger and one former another, and it is a glory to God to find it and uproot it.

The readers voice was not my favorite, but I got used to it as the book went on.

Good book.

This book dives into the religious understanding of anger and reasons and ways to stop responding angrily to each other. Will definitely recommend!
