Anxiety Monster: How to Manage & Live with Anxiety

Anxiety is the most prevalent mental health condition in the world - are you suffering from it?

Are you constantly worried or tense?

Do you frequently have irrational fears that you just can’t shake?

Do you avoid certain situations because they trigger your anxiety?

Do you always expect the worst to happen?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, you may have an anxiety disorder.

We live in the "age of anxiety" where one in five people report feeling anxious most of the time.

It’s easy to think that other people have it worse, especially when your anxiety hasn’t been diagnosed, which may lead you to ignore your feelings.

There are simple, practical solutions you can incorporate into your routine to reduce your anxiety levels and focus on enjoying life again.

In Anxiety Monster: How to Manage & Live with Anxiety, you’ll find everything you need to reduce your symptoms and make your anxiety more manageable. You’ll discover:

  • The three most common anxiety disorders and how to fight them
  • A closer look at the anxiety disorder that accounts for 30 percent of mental health problems seen by general practitioners
  • How to spot the physical, behavioral, and emotional symptoms of anxiety
  • The "newest kid on the block" when it comes to anxiety treatment
  • Actionable tips to help manage the symptoms of all anxiety disorders
  • The foundations on which to build your recovery - one that will last
  • The secret to eliciting the body’s relaxation response, as well as why this is essential
  • What to do when self-help just isn’t enough
  • And much more

Anxiety Monster doesn’t make grand claims to solve all your issues, and it doesn’t suggest it can cure all your mental health problems. It will, however, give you all the tools you need to win the fight against anxiety.

Learn how to make anxiety a manageable part of your life, and break free of its control.

You are bigger than the monster within you.

There is nothing worse than being anxious about everything. Why not clean up your mind and just think about what it's worth? This book helped me a lot to not worry about unnecessary things and to eliminate anxiety. In the end, each of us is anxious about something, so I recommend this book to everyone.

This bundle was well worth it. I really listened for the anxiety section but the hoarding topic was cool too. Really helped with understanding my own anxiety and for that I am grateful I listened.
