I really enjoyed listening to this audio book while driving a long distance daily trip by myself. It's just what I needed to calm down and enjoy the drive.

The narration is soothing and contains many quotes that anyone can relate to. There is a nice background tone and ending echoes with each sentence, to help you fully absorb the content.

The author's insightful and empathetic writing style resonates deeply with listeners, fostering an immediate sense of connection and trust. This audiobook gives so many different techniques for managing stress and anxiety. It includes CBT, self hypnosis, meditation, and affirmations.

For myself, I most enjoyed the self hypnosis part because it is something I am very interested in. It's very helpful in exploring how hypnosis works and how to use it for yourself.

This is one to keep in your library as a reference to come back to as needed.
