I love to fall asleep to some kind of sound and I decided to give a try these stories. I like that they are oriented to adults and more specifically to adults that have stressed lives (don't we all?!). The narrator and the ambient music was just perfect, every time I will fall asleep in a super peaceful way and wake up energized (versus when I was listening to random sounds on other platforms that will make me wake up drained). The cool thing is that you can also listen to these when you just want to chill at home, so definitely recommend !

This book is pretty straightforward. It contains lots of different meditations for sleep and relaxation. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the music is soothing. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from stress or insomnia.

I used to struggle a lot with insomnia.

Sometimes I panic that I'll miss my alarm, other times I replay things over in my head, creating scenarios that don't exist (blowing things WAAAY out of proportion), and so much more. I really dealt with it all.

A lack of sleep really ruins your life, however, I can now say I no longer deal with any of this!

I put my head down and within minutes I've drifted off to sleep and rarely wake up more than once or twice in the middle of the night. I've come on leaps and bounds since this. Thank you so much!
