didn't get past the first hour

the information presented not what I have learned and experienced in my own life. the narration was ridiculous - it was like he thinks it's all a big joke (which the part of the book I heard is). then I googled the author and I am angry that I paid for it.
I do not ever write negative reviews. This topic is too important to not call out what I consider to be misleading.
