The entire thing consists of 2 useful techniques, but should there be more?

I enjoyed this, as there are 2 techniques that are taught that are quite useful, but I feel this is just a "taster" and not the whole book. I thought I was going to be getting the whole book, and this seems to not be the case.

Good practice.

The purpose of this is to get to know yourself and find out where your snarls are. This is useful! However, the question is, then what? I *think* this is helping me, but at times I get tired of thinking about my issues and just want some action items to get closer to my goals.

Boring!!!

A butch of mumbo jumbo.. and things Ive already heard and read before. I was sooo bored whike listening.. the 10 mins I listened too.. felt like hours!! Smh
