A final strike to end the last war, but when nuclear weapons become involved, Irregular Scout Team One travels to Florida to in chase of a renegade traitor. Disaster overtakes the Team and Agostine sets out on desperate search to find his missing wife.

Through it all, the question runs, what price loyalty, and does the dream of America still live on in the hearts of men, or has it died in the ashes of barbarism?
