This is a highly recommended book, especially for those that are in the Pathway searching to improve their spiritual gifts. All chapters are amaizing. This is my third Fredericks book I had listened, all are great. I didnt think it would had so many knolwege about lucid dreams and OBEs, I loved them. Now I’m going to start listening to “Increase your energy. Thanks Fred for sharing. GBY.

Another Wonderful book

This book like all of the others is packed full of insightful information that just cant be found anywhere else.

I was laughing a lot listening these past few days, because it was if it was written for me, for this exact moment in my life.

Good Listen

Lots of great information - He kind of lost me when he started telling me about the different planets he visits how he communicates telepathically with people before they attend his classes. Fun to listen to though.

enlightening and entertaining

I recommend this book to everyone. You will be hard pressed not to find something that addresses a commonality in your own life while listening. As as for most Metaphysical books and work with the self, it should be pondered and listened to again and again, in my opinion.
