The one thing that is missing from millions of self-improvement seminars is that you can have a personal relationship with your Creator, and that this will make the rest of your ride so much better. It is omitted from religious paths that relate to God as a distant, vague concept, only of worship rather than friend, guide, or an intimately personal experience.

It is absent from “science” that focuses only on mechanistic processes of the material universe. I know too many people who profess an understanding of spirituality, vibration, energy, telepathy, paranormal events and so on, but never once mentions the Creator.

The most important thing you will learn is that you can have casual conversations and a personal relationship with the highest source of all sources and this book will show you how in the most straightforward and simple way.

Read it, did it, loved it, still doing it, only useful if you do it…
Might feel weird if you didn’t grow up with the concept of chatting with God but I grew up with more of the ‘he is watching everything you do and judging you’ point than of view… after many years it has been refreshing to be able to circle back around and reconnect in a loving, humorous, non judged kind of way, still working on it, but this book helped a lot

Beautiful and helpful

I’m editing a book that includes words from the Lakȟóta language. One that struck me was wačhékiyA. When translated into English, it means “to pray,” in the sense of bowing or worshiping. However, its true meaning is deeper and more relational: to recognize the Creator as a relative.

Sometimes I wonder whether, if our (English) words carried more of this depth and nuance, our spiritual experience (or even our experience of reality itself) might be different. In many ways, it feels as though language sets the boundaries of what we’re able to perceive.

That said, what I loved about Conversations is how it moves you beyond those boundaries: The techniques Fred shares help establish a *personal* experience and relationship with God. He encourages a lived, loving communion with our Creator (much like the deeper meaning of wačhékiyA), not a distant and intellectual awareness of God. It’s about getting to know the God you feel in your *soul*, the one you’ve met in those quiet moments in the middle of the night, not the one dictated by language, doctrine, or inherited belief systems.

Fred (and Thomas!) — Thank you for another true gem! Always in service of elevating humanity.

I felt so close to heaven reading this, i come from a different background and culture
Yet this book helped me understands many things inside
The Author understands that people come from different religions and ideologies so he talks about things that would touch us all
And he brings up the concept that understanding oneself can leads to understanding your creator
And how important that is for ones development
Pretty sure that this book will touch your heart.

Amazing ride

Having these conversations with my creator as Fred suggests in this book seems to instantly raise my vibration and help me to see things clearly. This is a wonderful little book, very practical and interesting. Thanks again Fred!
