Delightful Story - beautiful way to understand well-being

First of all, the narrator is absolutely outstanding in this book! Secondly, the story is interesting fast paced and just a really nice happy read. It also uncovers the topic of well-being and mental health and a very gentle, beautiful and understanding way.
