Nash Rhodes has never been in control of his own life. He’s had this “gift” since he could remember. He’s always been able to see and interact with the other side. Some of those spirits are good, but some are traumatizing, especially for a boy way too young to understand. His mother never cared about him and his stepfather only cared about how much money his gift could bring them, dragging him along to town after town for their traveling tent show. He’s tried to escape before, but this time feels different. He’s eighteen now and he has to go live his life before the shadows swallow him whole. Judah Helm has been a soldier for Master Emmanuel and the Old Mission Coven for many years, leading a squad of agents in action around the world, extending the reach of the Coven, and making sure its interests are protected. As the situation in Eastport grew more complex, Master Emmanuel called him home to lead Coven’s security forces as Commander. He has the skills required to protect the Coven against any threat. It’s been a while since Judah was home and he’s glad to be back among his people. Judah is open to finding his beloved, but he doesn’t expect it so soon.
