Outstanding performance

I loved this nod towards an old classic. reads like Big Trouble in Little China meets Army of Darkness.

Couldn’t finish it

I gave it a chance because of the reader as I really enjoy Monster Hunter International readingsz however Nothing in particular stood out, not engaging, no emotions felt. Just not for me.

Eh

The last 2 thirds were better but I was close to dropping it. Immature plausibility development I’m thinking, not age but time spent in development perhaps.

Oliver Wyman brings the characters to life.

Interesting story but really what sells it for me is hearing Oliver voice the characters.
Sure I have to keep reminding myself these aren't Owen and Franks but it's still a great listen. 😉
