Refreshingly authentic

I have read many books in this genre, this one definitely stands out! Kelly is clearly strong, knowledgeable, and wise. Yet despite her amazing attributes, she is not preaching or acting like a guru on high. She shares her struggles and journey very candidly. And after her years of her doing the work toward self-love and nurturing her Big Voice, she is open that she hasn’t reached some magical (and unattainable!) nirvana or perfection. But she has gotten much better at managing her triggers and little voice. This book is relatable and real, one we can use to better our lives in a meaningful and sustainable way!
