Jack the Ripper’s final murder in 1888 took the life of the wrong woman and spawned a centuries-long secret search for the real intended victim and her family.

Now, a direct descendant - a troubled teen - has been located in California, and authorities will stop at nothing to capture him and finally eradicate the last of Mary Kelly’s bloodline.

Aided by the professor who found him, and his young assistant, the three are hunted mercilessly as they flee across two continents, seeking to save themselves and unravel the mystery of why the boy’s very existence threatens the global balance of power.

Great book and even better hearing Richard read it to you. I read it first then got the auditable. Well worth it.

Outstanding

A Jack the Ripper story stretched across time. Action packed story that reaches from London's redlight district to Buckingham Palace and beyond.

Look forward to the movie someday!

My only disappointment is this is the last Richard Blade audiobook I had left. On to read the rest, but his narration is itself engaging along with the great underlying storytelling.
