it was sad and happy but I loved it and the story was amazing the performances were lovely and overall I would recommend this book to everyone young and old

Loved it!

Such a sweet story! And I loved how the narrator's accent complimented the setting! It gives anyone who listens a compassion for animals, especially those that are mistreated.

I loved the book. I just wish there was more I would have loved to listen to more.

Even more enjoyable than when I read it as a child

As a horse crazy girl, I enjoyed this book, but as an adult, I enjoyed more of the social nuances of the story. and feel it is a quite decently written story. And we'll performed.

Well satisfied

This was a well narrarated story. The narrator has a clear voice and speaks in a naturally flowing manner which is complimented by slight character agents. The story, a well known classic, is fully recorded and has well separated chapters. All around it was a very satisfying listen and is something I would recommend at least to anyone who hasn't read the book.
