Just gets better and better!

How is it possible that the eighth book of a series can be the best one yet? Vela Roth, you are a genius. Caren and Kale are the best narrators for this series - so glad they came back to do this book again. Can’t imagine Cassia and Lio any differently. The world, magic systems, and stakes continue to expertly build throughout the story. Rarely do books make me tear up, but the sheer emotion in this got to me. Beautiful.
