Boston’s underworld runs on loyalty, fear, and blood—and Marco Rossini has built his life on all three. As heir to the Rossini crime family, Marco is ruthless, calculating, and prepared to defend his empire at any cost. But when the FBI delivers Dylan Chen—a disgraced analyst turned rogue informant—into his custody, Marco’s world tilts on its axis.

Dylan carries secrets powerful enough to bring down the Rossinis, the Calabrese rivals, and every crooked ally in between. He also knows the truth about Vincent Rossini’s death, the night that still haunts Marco’s every step. But protecting Dylan means placing trust in a man who’s already betrayed everyone else he’s ever known.

As assassins close in, the mole within their ranks grows bolder, and family loyalty frays, Marco and Dylan find themselves bound by more than survival. Caught between vengeance and desire, honor and betrayal, both men must decide just how much they’re willing to risk—and who they’re willing to become—before the war outside consumes them both.

Blood Oath is a high-stakes blend of crime thriller and slow-burn romance, perfect for readers who crave danger, deception, and a love story that defies the odds.

I don’t think there was enough character development and the story seemed disjointed. I can appreciate that the romance was exactly explicit but it also made it seem unbelievable.

Nothing particularly.
