Definitely not Vampire Academy

I liked this book a lot, but it's not quite as good as Vampire Academy. Sydney doesn't quite match Rose as a lead character and the Alchemists aren't as interesting as the Guardians. On the bright side, Adrian shines as usual and the story really is quite fun.

Rating Emily Shaffer's performance in this title is extremely difficult. She did an excellent job telling the story and portraying the characters, but I do not think she should have narrated this book. This is not a continuation of Vampire Academy, but a completely new series, and it deserved a new reader. Sydney should have been given her own voice instead of being left with the voice of Rose Hathaway.

Why this narrator?

If I was this author, I would be so offended at how this narrator portrayed my characters 😵‍💫 she makes everyone sound like immature valley girls.

Other than that huge detail, the story is good. I’m a big fan of Vampire Academy and decided to finally give these a try.

awesome series

I love Richelle Mead's world! she has created an amazing set of characters and Bloodlines does NOT disappoint in picking up where Vampire Academy left off!

Easy listen, enjoyable

Otherwise great storyline, strong female lead. Enjoyable listen.

When I read the last book of V.A. series , I felt that I needed more inf.about new character's in this book. And I'LL YOU. Right know that this book{ BLOODLINES }has satisfied all my expectations .I just want to read more.
