The narration was so on point!

I love it!! Vanessa embodied Lina so perfectly and Jason with his voice…gaah!!! He brought Reid to life.

This book has it all, the laugh, the serious the sneeky love the acceptance, the cruel. Loved every minute of this book.

FMC is neurotic

Narrators: I liked Ms. Edwin for the most part. She got a bit nasally and shriek-y at times, though. I've added another favorite narrator in Mr. Clarke. Good male narrators are rare, imo. His voice was very listenable.

The story: The FMC, Lena, was neurotic. Anxiety my a$$. She had a good story, but her incessant jabbering and internal dialog got really old after a while. The MMC, R÷eed, was my favorite kind of "love interest." His voice and the dirty talk? Yes please. The build-up or lead-in for the relationship was too much. Reed kept putting off intercourse, even though they had done sooo much already. It was kind of stupid not to just go ahead and hit it. Overall, I liked this one, recommend.
