Documentation Required

The audiobook refers to graphs, diagrams and models that are not available with the audiobook. It would be very helpful to include a .PDF document with the applicable material.

PDF needed for diagrams

This book seems fantastic but it constantly refers to graphs and diagrams in the book that are notably missing from the audio. Many audio books now include PDFs to reference but sadly this one does not. I will likely have to purchase the kindle version of this instead to get the full benefit.
