I loved Pierce

I loved how patient and understanding Pierce was...and consistent in his presence and determined not to give up a chance with Zara even though she had built her walls so high. Zara's self-esteem and confidence needed a boost and Pierce was perfect for the job. Narration was great from Kit Swann and Aiden Snow.

A story of forgiveness and falling in love!

Zara has been burned. Her ex she can get over, but her family's unwillingness to see her point of view is crushing. The very people who should love unconditionally offer no support for her. Pierce is intrigued by Zara, but she's lumped all men into the same category as her ex. Faith and trust are hard for her to extend to anyone. I liked how Zara and Pierce became friends first. They built their relationship from the ground up and established the trust Zara needed to move to the next level. I loved how Pierce stood up for Zara and showed her how to stand up for herself. Forgiveness was tough for Zara, but eventually she was able to forge a better relationship with her family, especially her mother. I loved how protective Pierce was of Zara! They were really a perfect match.

Kit Swann and Aiden Snow were the perfect narrators for Zara and Pierce. They gave personality to the characters and brought the story to life!

Story of healing

Burned is yet another great story following the men of Cunningham Security while they find their significant other!! Zara is new in town after a traumatic experience with her former fiancé and issues with her family. This girl is so strong rebuilding her life, but is understandably insecure on a personal level. Pierce is such a sweet and patient man who is helping her find her belief in herself again and see herself the way he sees her - amazing and beautiful and worthy of love. Kit and Aiden did an amazing job with their narration as always!!

Great story

Pierce is an amazing character. He helps Zara deal and overcome some painful situations in her life.

Another great story. I felt Pierce was perfect for Zara. He helps her realize how strong she actually is. If you like to listen to your books this one was enjoyable.
