Lucky Find. Pronunciation ALS needed check

I like Xe Sands very much. Consequently, I searched for all of the books she has narrated.
I really loved "The Devil Wears Scrubs". PROBLEM:
Pronunciation of medical term ALS is aMYOtrophic , not " AMMOtrophic". MYO refers to muscle. AMMO is .... This story was very good.

Started slow, but ended up being a great read

I ordered this from the Plus catalog, and almost stopped reading after the first couple of chapters. I decided to stay with it, and I am very glad I did.
The characters are well-developed and it's hard to tell who are the good guys and the bad guys (mostly), which is one of the things that made the story so good.
The book has its share of surprises, making it hard to put down once I got into it.
Highly recommend.

Gripping to the finish

Plenty of suspense and a little courtroom strategy. Looks like I have a new series to follow.

Xe Sands is one of my favorite performers.
This story as just the right mix of suspense, misdirection and humor.
