An investigation ensues, and it isn’t long before they make an arrest for murder. However, when another woman is killed days later, they delve deeper into Allie’s case and unearth some disturbing similarities.

A tip from a young boy and a trip to the northern mountains of Georgia might shed some light on the motive, but locating the killer will be anything but easy - or safe.

loved this book

There isn't a thing that I don't live about the Clint Wolf books and this one was no exception. The characters are well developed and the narrator does a great job bringing the book to life.

Favorite so Far!!

I Love how the London Carter character was tied into this book. This has been my favorite book so far.

Excellent procedural...

This is such a good series. My only gripe is that author BJ Bourg wrote novels that were over 8.5 hours for the first three books. The following six books run under six hours. I will continue to purchase the books but am disappointed each time a new book is released because of the length. The books are all wonderful and could easily be full length novels.
This book is excellent. It is a tightly woven plot driven story. The ending is great and took me by surprise.
These books can be listened to as stand alones but I suggest listening to them in order for continuity.
Thomas Stone does a great job narrating.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
