Crowned is the best collection of folk and fairy tales I have read recently. I bought the audiobook to listen to as I read along the print book. Both are sumptuous productions, inclusive, and diverse, celebrating the strength, courage, and beauty of all shades of Black children. I told friends about this book, told its stories in classes, and am giving copies away to family. I will enjoy both the audio and print book for years to come.

Magnificent!
