he feels it immediately

I love that Will is working on himself. I love that he is reconnecting with his family and being a present and loving member of the family. I love that he takes responsibility for his actions when he was young and dumb. He offers real solutions to those that he wronged. I love that he knows he needs Julie almost from the moment he sees her. I love the clan. This family is loving and kind and all in for each other. I like how the drama turns out. I like that we get action in this love story. I love how she stands up for him, almost as if there is no way she can't. The audio is well done. The single narrator uses inflection and tone to differentiate the person speaking. It is easy to feel the emotions conveyed in the tone and voice.

Christmas Midlife Mate Book 4 in the Shifter Nation: Destined Over Forty by Meg Ripley and narrated by D.C. Cole is a great continuation of the series and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have really enjoyed this series, and I loved this book!! Julie comes to spend Christmas with her friend and meets her "mate" Will, a bear shifter who has finally turned his life around. Sweet holiday romance with a midlife couple and lots of family and friends. I highly recommend this and all of Ms. Ripley's series!.

So exciting

The narrator will bring this story to life for you and you won’t want to stop listening till the end. It’s so exciting it will instantly grab you, and you and bring you into a different world. Loved the twists, surprises, well rounded characters, and so much more. Julie is so vibrant and open for so much. Will has so much potential, I loved how he excelled.

I Enjoyed It

I really enjoyed this book. A was a fun, sweet romance. Julie was lonely alone for Christmas with her daughter away and decides to spend it with her friend and their large family. And all the supporting characters definitely felt like family- the bustle, teasing, the banter, the closeness; warm, kind, and welcoming. It's also where she met bear shifter, Will, and he was almost awestruck at the sight of her. The attraction was mutual, though she tried to resist, having gotten out of an unsatisfying relationship. She doesn't know about shifters. And Will's past catching up to him adds tension and suspense. D.C. Cole does another great job bringing these characters to life.
