Christmas on Cavanaugh Hill

Magdalene's life is full of beginnings, and her latest one sees her moving into her grandmother's house on Cavanaugh Hill. As a photographer, she plans to transform the upstairs into the perfect studio, while making the rest of the house a cozy home for her and her son. They'll be far away from her scumbag of an ex-husband.

As the Christmas season settles around her, she's ready to find peace. She might not need any more beginnings. Living on Cavanaugh Hill, however, brings back dark memories. Her best friend lived next door until the entire family vanished eight years ago.

Joe, the young man who purchased her grandmother's farm, seems to want more than friendship. Magdalene isn't sure she's ready to give her heart to another man until Joe offers to help her solve the mystery behind her best friend's disappearance. Knowing the truth would be a perfect Christmas present, but can Magdalene trust him?
