Solid Book

Absolute necessity for every Christian to read(or listen to). Well read on the audio version as well

Great resource!

This is an excellent primer on the role and responsibility of eldership in a local church! There are many other resources that may be more 'deep and exhaustive' yet Rinne hits all the important notes you desperately need to hear. Great read.

Accuracy to scripture

This was very brief. Might be helpful to have lengthier version. I enjoyed the detailed examples and the earnest approach to humbly describing the persona required as an elder.
