Very great book!

Very hard truths but lots of encouragement. Challenged to grow and look at my own life where growth must take place. Definitely a great book to read.

Important book for every ministry leader

I’ve gone through this book twice and am now leading a small group of men through it.
However the audiobook while helpful (I can review what I want to discuss with them while driving by re-listening to the chapter). But the reader has no emotion and at time almost sounds like an automated voice. I’d only ask that it be re-recorded with someone who can share the emotion and passion with which Tripp wrote it.

Everything Paul Trip writes brings humility and clarity. I always feel refreshed when I'm finished.

Great and careful guide for all in leadership in the church

Tripp is always convicting, and this is another “Ouch!” read. But his emphasis on grace and motivation toward change is also gently extended. A little bit redundant in parts, but overall help is found in each chapter

The importance of caring enough for each other toreaching out and check on one another.

I Loved the entire teaching. It's conviction and personal growth. It's realization of true love for one another. LOVE is the most powerful weapon in this world.
