HOT!

Book 2 of Betty's MC romance series didn't disappoint. In fact, it over excelled my expectations. I have a massive book hangover.

A friend recommended and gifted me a copy of this book some time ago and I just hadn't had time to get to it until now and I REGRET IT SOOOO MUCH! 😭

If you like slightly taboo, dirty and hot then I have the book for you. This book is that and more.

Dominic and Erika's story is a very different tone than Castle of Kings. More drug use and taboo-ish but I must be bad in the head because I loved it. It kept me captivated. The suspense and steam had me reading faster to find out what happens next. The twists and turns Ms. Shreffler writes are amazing! Loved it!

Now I have to go read King of Kings because this book hangover left me feeling empty and needing to return to their world because I miss them all so much!

One of the better MC books I have read in a long time.

Strong believable characters, well written and satisfying. No matter how much a club seems like a family, there can be betrayal.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

The ending is so worth it. It took a while because the MC brotherhood felt like they were an enigma, didn’t learn anything about them, they were toxic and total chaos. The MMC was a domineering alpha who liked sex and more sex. The FMC gave all her firsts to the MMC. There is deceit, excessive sexual scenes, rape, drugs, alcohol and suicide. Only complaint Male narrator has a great voice but he didn’t have many parts. Ending is great. HEA.

An emotionally intoxicating ride to go on. I was pulled in from the beginning, edge of my seat, and rooting for Dominic and Erika till the end. Betty Shreffler's writing is outstanding. Troy Duran and Jillian Macie are outstanding narrators, they brought this thrilling and intense story to life and I loved every second of it.
