Only problem is that it is a bit short, I love the story tho I can’t wait for the next one

I loved this book! normally I only listen to books while driving or working but this one was so good I found myself sitting at home just listening! the story and level progression of Ashes is a blast! a must listen for sure!

I absolutely adore this author and this series. It is a must read if you enjoy litrpg books.

Very solid, but overall story is moving too slow

Well written and performed, would recommend if you liked the first. Only complaint is the pacing - it's way too granular spending time basic grinding. I actually really like the slice of life vibe... but we're two books into the series and barely a day has passed. At this rate, a ten book series might manage to cover the first week of the game's release at best. The current pace leaves no room for the world to really evolve or relationships to build. Also makes me wonder if there will be any developments on the reincarnation frame story at all. Hoping the 3rd might expand the scope a bit and follow Ash and her groups development over a couple months.
