Chapter 35 missing from book

I called a technician at Audible to explain that they had an issue with the book. When you go to chapter 35 the app says you're on 35 but the App just replays chapter 6. The rep on the phone tried to run it on her end and got the same result, meaning that the problem was systemic in nature. She indicated that she would put in a report and make sure that I got fixed. It's now been almost a month. Still can't play chapter 35. It's extremely frustrating.

Loved the book and character development and growth.

formats error on Audible chapter 35 is missing rather it goes back to repeat chapter 6 then goes back to normal chapter 36. I deleted the book and down loaded again it still happened again so I read chapter 35 on my kindle the listen to the rest of audible to the end. I would like to know how to fix my audible book
