very nicely done and very inspiring. Life throws us all challenges and how we choose to battle and overcome them is up to us and Heather gives insight on how to do that in her story.

Stop saying "I'm sorry"

Monahan really brings real-world examples and effective methods to overcome daily and situational challenges. This is a pro-female text that highlights the strengths that women carry and should not be apologetic for possessing. Her words and experience made me feel better about being feminine while being assertive, no longer saying "I'm sorry" when I should be saying "excuse me." Thank you, Heather, for putting yourself out there to aid the rest of us with allowing ourselves to shine again!

A must read!!! A great book!

If you struggle with your confidence, this book is a must read for you!!! It is written in an easy-to-relate way with plenty of real life examples. Heather Monahan’s voice projects confidence and is pleasing to the ear. Can’t wait to read/listen to her other creations and to follow her future endeavors!!!
