it's a love story!

The books flow together nicely.
Follows the main characters growth and abd changes very well.

A favorite series

I love the relationship between Riot and Bel, as well as their individual characters, the depth of the secondary characters, and the history of San Francisco in this series. The narration is fantastic as well. I can’t imagine it being narrated by anyone other than SMC. This is my second time through this series. I love it!

I like the series and the characters. This is a great Historical read. Good Read!

Still love Atticus & Isobel!

In chapter ten the story turns from Atticus being found not guilty to Isobel on trial and Atticus in witness box. Anyone else notice this?

Great historical trip to San Francisco

Loved this series and really enjoyed all the complex mystery in this romantic travel to an amazing city in its Victorian heyday. As a history buff who once lived in The City this series was a delight and this book was great. I hope for many more books with this detective team especially since Bel has new team members to help solve complex cases. Really a fun interesting read.
