I had no idea what my problem was until I listen to this book, however after starting the B12 (I took more than required since vitamin B12 will not harm you and your body can get rid of the excess) within a week my balance improved. I noticed I could go off curbs much easier and when I got out of bed I did not feel dizzy.

After a number if falls, this book put me on the right path!

Y’all have helped me tremendously, along with my DO. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart. I don’t know yet how much I can recover. Taking three shots a week. Just upped dosage too.

God bless y’all!!!

I’m being petty. I know this is a book about b12 deficiency but if I heard the words “b12 deficiency” one more time I could have perforated my ear drums with my b12 injection syringes. I have malabsorption and know what b12-d feels like. So I do feel that the information is useful. This almost makes it seem like everyone is deficient at some point which is fine if that’s the case. The information was interesting but honestly if she had done more- “studies show…” and less, “this one time at band camp…” ‘this kid couldn’t play the flute because he was b12-d’ it could have shortened the book by about 5 hours. Maybe if they had just compiled all the studies into a separate case study section it would have helped. Also, the words “mentally retarded” were used quite a bit which dated the book and made me search whether the info was even relevant. I’ve read several other books that attribute these same symptoms to a gluten sensitivity. It would be interesting to see the link between b12, absorption and gluten if there is one.

Petty review-Good info, moderately annoying.
