great book

This book had so much wonderful information than I have shared it with many many people. The navigation was great . I enjoyed the audible as well as the paperback.

Thoroughly enjoyable and thoughtful provoking

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I could relate to so many of the seasons. Jan gave me many things to ponder as I listened to her. I think I’ll purchase a hard copy to share with others and also be able to go back to some of her ideas.
Would recommend this book to anyone of almost any age, but especially forty and up.
