Pleasant listening

While the joy advice is subtle and not earth shattering, the author presents her stories and makes her points with loving humor. It's like laughing and chatting with a friend. I've listened to the audiobook 4 times already.

Great for those who are religious

I enjoyed the authors voice more than anything. I enjoyed what she was trying to convey. But there was a lot of bias and religion.
